Step 1: Call the customer care number of Bandhan Bank at “18002588181” with your registered mobile number.

Step 2: When you phone the number, you will be prompted to complete a set of IVR instructions. To deactivate your debit card, carefully follow the instructions and input the proper number. Once you’ve requested that your debit card be banned, the appropriate executive will ask you some questions to confirm your identity.

Step 3: Provide all the required information to verify your identity.

Step 4: After verification, you will get a confirmatory SMS to your registered mobile number, and your card will be blocked immediately.

3. Through visiting branch

You can also visit your local Bandhan Bank during business hours and request that your debit card be disabled. You must present the appropriate papers as identification to the bank officials. Following that, you will be asked to provide account and card details. Once they get the information, bank officials will promptly block your debit card.
